Important Condition for Transit Damage (Video Proof Required)

In case a jutti or footwear is received in damaged condition due to courier or shipping partner handling, customers are required to provide an unedited opening (unboxing) video proof.

The unboxing video must:

  • Clearly show the sealed package from all sides before opening
  • Capture the opening of the package in a single, continuous shot
  • Clearly display the damaged jutti/product

This video proof helps us raise a valid claim with the shipping partner and process your replacement or refund faster.

Claims for damaged products without proper unboxing video proof may not be accepted.

Replacement Eligibility

Replacement is applicable only in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Size mismatch (subject to stock availability)

Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Replacement products are shipped within 5–7 business days after approval.

Unavailability of Replacement

  • If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.
