Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged Products
If a return request is raised due to damage caused during transit or courier handling, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video as proof.
The unboxing video must:
- Show the sealed package before opening
- Be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts or edits
- Clearly display the damaged jutti/footwear after opening
Return requests for transit-damaged products without an unboxing video may be rejected, as this proof is required to verify courier damage and initiate claims with the shipping partner.

Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.
